what's for kids?

We all have childhood memories of our favorite movies, food, and activities. For some people these memories  are not in the past but what they still do today as young adults and plan to keep doing in their later adult life. How do you know when to give up watching Spongbob, or eating lucky charms. One thing is for sure, I am not letting my childhood life stop because I am no longer a kid. I think it is perfectly normal to still watch cartoons at any age. I love trix's cereal not only because trix's are for kids but because it had the best taste in the world that never got old.
I feel as though we are all still children but there is always a time a place to be the inner kid that we all are in its given time. So if you don't want to stop being a kid on the inside don't be yourself and have fun with it.

  3. I agree that everyone should embrace their inner child sometimes. Just because you're eating a certain cereal doesn't mean you're childish. I don't think I'll be interested in watching cartoons when I become an adult though lol.

  6. I agree that some things never grow old. Things just need to be done in moderation as we become older and wiser. For example, it isn't a crime to watch Spongebob when you want; it just becomes a problem when you miss work to watch the Spongebob marathon on Nickelodeon. I have to disagree with you though and say that the best cereal has to be between Captain Crunch and Fruity Pebbles.

    1. I agree with you! If someone is missing work because they want to watch spongebob or any cartoon that's a huge problem. The type of technology we have they can record it and watch it when they get off.

  7. I don't believe that as people get older they should stop liking things that they watched, or ate as a kid. People should just do what makes them happy. If eating trix for breakfast before they go to work makes them happy then they should eat it everyday.

  8. =I absolutely agree! The other day a friend of mine and myself were discussing how we missed our childhood and that the worlds wants us to grow up so fast. You don't have to leave your childhood behind you just have to be able to be a child when your in that space where you can do it.

  10. I believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion but I don't think I can see myself watching cartoons in my future. I agree dat everyone will have a little kid in them no matter the age. Being a kid is something to embrace while your young.

  11. I think people try to do what is expected of them and give up on their childhood TV shows to avoid being scorned by others. It's safe to say that more than half of my time spent watching TV is me watching cartoons, and the other half being sports. It takes me back to a time where I didn't have responsibilities like making a blog post or typing a five page animal paper. It's sort of a coping method of mine when dealing with the pressures of college.

  12. I completely agree that it is okay to keep the inner child you once were forever, somewhere in your soul. It brings happiness and memories from when you were growing up. Though, you should still have the mentality of an adult.

  13. I believe that we should definitely embrace our inner kid. The inner kid comes with imagination, creativity, and a care-free attitude which are things we all need sometimes. There is always a time and place to bring out your childishness but it is totally necessary. I still watch sponge bob because it is super funny and I am now a college student. I still play "kitchen" and "house" and "dolls" with my little sister and it is fun because that is apart of our bonding time.
