There has been controversial talk on these two rap gods ever since the 90s and today in recent times, the debate as just as alive as it was back then. I will start by saying I am a bigger fan of Tupac than Biggie. In my opinion, Tupac had more real life scenarios in his rhymes while Biggie was just more of a lyricist. Both of the rappers made great music though.
In Tupac's music he rapped in a sense that could touch the listener, he made you want to listen to what he had to say next. Tupac talked about his struggle and the struggle of many black people of his time.Reasons Tupac was better than Biggie

surprised this has not gotten more feedback. i personally like tupac better, because he is a black activist, love activist,etc. his music always has a message and he makes it impossible for you to miss what he stands for. Biggie is a legend. no doubt about that, but his music is just meant to feel and vibe to. i dont really get a message from his music. its important for your audience to get something from your music other than just dancing and vibing. love them both though.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't really tell you which one is better because both rappers brought so much to the rap game. Tupac I'd have to say was better then biggie when it came to the messages in his story but, I think Biggie Smalls flow was better then Tupac.
